Yes, I have already tried it myself. It's more a question of software than hardware anyway. I assume CD-Text means that appropriate CD players can display titles etc., not LightScribe (burning with pattern on the blank).
Yes, the drive can not only read but also write BD-R XL media (BDXL). It supports the writing of BD-R QL (Quad Layer) and BD-R TL (Triple Layer) media, which are BDXL formats, with write speeds of up to 6x and 8x respectively. The maximum storage capacity of a BDXL disc is up to 128 GB and the drive is explicitly equipped with BDXL support.
The part also runs perfectly under Windows 10 (at least as a player, I haven't tested it as a burner yet). Install it, connect it and everything works.
