Notifications are sent to all mobile phones connected to the doorbell
I've already had to uninstall the application and reinstall it to get it to work. Alternatively, you can try resetting the doorbell or contact support at +41225910048
I only have the 1st one with firmware 1.8, and it works very well. For the rest, see the Arlo website.
I was able to find the following installation requirements from the manufacturer: Installation requirements: High-speed internet connection Hardwiring requirements: Voltage between 8 V AC and 24 V AC and existing wiring from doorbell button and doorbell for continuous battery charging. Apparently there is a battery, but it can also be connected directly to the existing wiring. Hence the weight: Weight 249 g with battery and 113 g without battery
Arlo's app allows you to see live who is at the door. A cloud subscription is required to record events. Otherwise you can configure notifications in case of motion detection and see who is at the door.
it is wireless and has a battery...spare battery is recommended because you can then simply switch it on as soon as it is empty...the one with cable or without battery can be found here: Arlo Essential Video Doorbell (App, WLAN)
You can define the zone that should react to movement. The motion detection can be switched off or a schedule can also be created. However, this is only possible with a subscription.
It's just a different supplier than Galaxsus, so it's much more expensive. You have to order the ringing ravo for the socket separately, unless you use item 16279640, which should be included. Otherwise you only have the bell on the mobile phone where arlo is installed.
That's true, but you can buy the chime from arlo dzu, plug it into the socket, connect it to the app and the wifi and you also have a bell in the house where you need it.
If there is still wifi reception at the gate, then yes. Check with the mobile phone whether there is wifi reception. If yes, then it works.
Hi :) According to the manual page 21, you can use your transformer from your normal doorbell. The manual also describes how to connect the transformer. It might be a good idea to contact an electrician and have him connect the doorbell to the transformer. If my answer does not help you, you are welcome to contact our support team at https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de/requests/new. Your enquiry can then be examined individually. yes, it also works on the road ... tested it myself. When someone presses the bell, it rings on the mobile phone - no matter where you are, as long as you have internet ... and then you can communicate.
The department responsible told me that you should ask your manager/owner directly. I'm sorry about that.
Direct connection to the WLAN. No base station required - simply connect to a 2.4 GHz WLAN network for the doorbell to work. (according to product description above)
