This is the one with the battery. Then why does it say this? WIRED POWER SUPPLY

I was able to find the following installation requirements from the manufacturer:

Installation requirements: High-speed internet connection
Hardwiring requirements: Voltage between 8 V AC and 24 V AC and existing wiring from doorbell button and doorbell for continuous battery charging.

Apparently there is a battery, but it can also be connected directly to the existing wiring.
Hence the weight:
