Ie. but that it "only" rings via video call and so you actually have to have the mobile phone with you all the time, or does it also ring "normally" in the house at the same time?

That's true, but you can buy the chime from arlo dzu, plug it into the socket, connect it to the app and the wifi and you also have a bell in the house where you need it.
