Ordered and paid for a month ago. Did not receive the goods. Customer service an absolute impertinence. It's not the mouse's fault, but there's no other way to get rid of your frustration with this dump.

...right, a lot of things are not right at Digitec, the descriptions, the specifications and the guarantee. That's just the way it is and maybe it will change this year or next year. I bought an item at Digitec on Saturday and it was shipped on Monday, the warranty is from Saturday but should be from Monday, so several days are lost.

I have a white desk. Would I still need a mouse pad with this mouse? Does anyone know how dependent this mouse is on the surface? Does anyone have any experience?

Let the wise table answer the question for you. Joking aside If the table has a smooth surface, it should work without any problems; if it has a rough surface, it is absolutely necessary. However, an underlay is always more comfortable, but to each his own. I hope I was able to help you.
