If you have any questions, I recommend using the hotline. I have had very good experiences with the telephone support. Mistakes can happen where people work and I find that Digitec handles them professionally when you call and ask politely.

And why shouldn't you be able to cancel the order? Take a look at the order in your customer account. There should be an option to cancel the order.

There's only one physical SIM slot the second one needs to be an eSIM.

I did a quick google for you: No, the display is not capable of 4k. It should be able to display at least 2160x2160 pixels, but it can only display 2778x1284 pixels.
