So Dual SIM is not available in Switzerland? if customer wants then you can arrange this phone?

If you mean Dual SIM with to physical SIM cards, then no, this is not available for iPhones in Switzerland. However, if you buy an unlocked phone (i.e. not locked to a provider), you should be able to insert one physical SIM card and use another subscription via eSIM. I believe all three major cell phone providers in Swizterland (Swisscom, Sunrise and Salt) offer eSIMs, but availability of eSIMs from other providers or for pre-paid subscriptions is probably restricted. Disclaimer: I have not actually tried this.

HI! I am little bit confusion about dual SIM, are they both SIM or one SIM + one eSim. in Bangladesh e SIM is not supported. but I have been seen many videos in you tube where it is shown two physical SIM. Are all iPhone 11 max pro set computable for dual SIM?.

There are iPhones specially made for the Chinese market, they have dual SIM. For the other markets there is only one slot for a SIM, the second SIM must be an eSIM. Also in Switzerland not everyone support eSIM, i.e. Yallo.
