Unfortunately, I could not see the gold color iphone 11 pro in none of the shops. I saw the gold color of iPhone 12 pro and it was great. Since it was not so gold and I really liked its color. The question is that how is iphone 11 pro gold color? From the photos I feel it has red tone of color in it and it is not very light color. What do you think if you have this product?

It is very difficult to say. But in my opinion it is light gold. But if you want to be sure, the best thing to do is to check in a store. Maybe they have some on display now.

I picked up my defective device from the repair centre and was able to start it, but when I tried to set it up, update it etc. it crashed again and cannot be loaded/started. I have been waiting for a functioning device for 1 month. What else can I do to finally get a working device? ALSO (repair centre) said that nothing is broken - how can that be?

Hi Nadimatt. I recommend that you clarify such problems directly with Apple. They will help you immediately. You will probably have to go to a store where they will look at the iPhone. If it is defective, they will replace it immediately. You can find the Apple Care number on the homepage. Good luck!
