Question about Apple iPhone 11 Pro

I picked up my defective device from the repair centre and was able to start it, but when I tried to set it up, update it etc. it crashed again and cannot be loaded/started. I have been waiting for a functioning device for 1 month. What else can I do to finally get a working device? ALSO (repair centre) said that nothing is broken - how can that be?

Hi Nadimatt. I recommend that you clarify such problems directly with Apple. They will help you immediately. You will probably have to go to a store where they will look at the iPhone. If it is defective, they will replace it immediately.
