Yes, the Anker Solix C300X can be used to charge a 12V motorbike battery (12Ah) with a suitable charger. The Power Station provides a 12V automotive connection with up to 120W of power, which is sufficient for most motorbike battery chargers. The capacity of 288 Wh is sufficient for several charging processes of a 12Ah battery as long as the charger does not require more than 300W.
The Anker Solix C300 DC can charge your DJI Avata 2 batteries as it supports Power Delivery with up to 140 W.
If you want to be sure, make sure that every power bank/power station has USB-C PD with at least 100 W (20 V / 5 A), then the problem you described will no longer occur.
A good and inexpensive option is, for example, the EcoFlow River 2 with a Schuko output, to which you can connect your e-bike charger via a CH adapter.
Solar panels with an output of up to 100W are suitable for the Anker SOLIX C300 DC. Anker solar panels with an output of 100W or 60W are recommended. It is important to note that this power station is not compatible with the Anker SOLIX PS30 or other 5V~3A USB-C solar panels.
