Galaxus, apart from the higher price, longer delivery times, probably missing CH/Shuko adapters (you're selling in CH, not DE), why do you list only a 2 year warranty, while the brochure on 'Downloads' lists 5 years ? Why should we buy this from you, instead of directly from the manufacturer ? (yes, I know, maximum profit, now fueled by the energy crisis fears, but we can also take our business elsewhere...)

Hi there and thank you very much for pointing this out. It was a mistake on our shop, that only 2 years of warranty were displayed. We also provide customers with 5 years warranty, and we already could change that information on the product page. Also, according to our information, this product contains Schuko-plugs and -sockets.

Hello The description of the "Anker757" states: This power station is delivered according to CH standards, which is why only one AC socket is available. There may therefore be slight deviations from the pictures.... For 888.- this is disappointingly not the case, my Anker757 was delivered with EU standards. My Anker is still in its original packaging...I would like to exchange it at the Digitec shop in Winterthur. If this Anker757 exists in CH standards as described, this should be possible. Thank you for your help

Hello, what CH numbers are you referring to in the sentence "This Power Station is delivered to CH standards, that's why there is only one electrical socket"? Is there really only one AC socket on the version you deliver? I don't care if the plugs are European rather than Swiss standards, but I need two.

In Germany, Anker provides a 5-year manufacturer's warranty on the 757 PowerHouse. Why does Digitec only have a 2-year warranty?

Because the legal guarantee in Switzerland is only 2 years. When the two years have expired, Anker will grant the remaining 3 years upon presentation of the proof of purchase. However, you must then contact the Anker company directly.
