The processor comes with a cooler. The conductive paste should already be on the cooler. Simply remove the protective film when installing the cooler.
No, only AMD CPUs with a G at the end have integrated graphics.

I've been using this processor for some time now, never had any problems. Even play Fortnite with max graphics settings on my 144hz monitor, but just not Streched! Even I never really had FPS drops, it should also work fine with your setup;-)
