Is it possible to play Fortnite with Streched resolution and rather poor graphics settings at a constant 144fps with this processor or do I need a better processor e.g. AMD 7 1700x?
Have a 144hz monitor, a GTX 1050 ti graphics card and 16gb RAM.

I've been using this processor for some time now, never had any problems. Even play Fortnite with max graphics settings on my 144hz monitor, but just not Streched! Even I never really had FPS drops, it should also work fine with your setup;-)
