Allocacoc PowerCube Extended
5 x, Type 13, 1.50 m
Yes, USB power supply is 5V.
I'm afraid I can't quite understand you, do you mean that you only want to use 2 USB socket? Of course you can do that worldwide, but please be careful, the plug of this product does not fit the socket in Japan.
the USB voltage regulator is supplied with voltage, even if it has nothing to regulate at the moment, i.e. its logic is supplied.
I'm sure that the amperage is divided in 2 when you charge 2 devices at the same time. That said, it is still very practical to use. Good day to you.
I quote the description: "The PowerCube Extended USB from Allocacoc is a versatile multiple plug with integrated USB charger that will delight you with its extraordinary design. It offers you four (three if with holder) sockets of type T13, which can be loaded with a total peak current of up to 10 amps, as well as two USB ports for charging smartphones or tablets. These deliver a current of up to 2.1 amps. Thanks to the 1.5 metre long cable, you always have the sockets and USB ports available where you need them."
no, with this model the connection cable is fixed
Unfortunately, this product is only available with a 1.5m long supply cable.
In this case, please contact our customer service directly so that you can be helped accordingly. https://www.digitec.ch/help
Hello, you can add a Schuko adapter to the T13 socket ref : Max Hauri Fixed adapter (Type 13)
Normally, the socket is Swiss, yes :)
Unfortunately, I don't know... Why don't you ask digitec directly? They will be happy to help you.
The first one I bought was defective and it got quite hot. It was replaced with a new one.
Den blauen PowerCube gibt es auch mit S+ hier: Allocacoc PowerCube Extended USB S+ (4x, T13, 2 x USB, 1.50m)
So far, I have not found any Swiss expansion cubes. Upon request, I have not received an answer from the manufacturer.
The holder is independent of the connector format, as it is attached to the groove/recess between the connector location and the housing. This means that one connector slot is lost due to the bracket, leaving "net" 4 T13 connectors for use.
The specified maximum power is around 10W. Both USB ports together deliver a maximum of 2.1 amps (i.e. NOT 2.1A each).
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to obtain the Original PowerCube.
Search for Allocacoc PowerCube Extended (5x, T13), you will find it there ;-)
Hello Abderhalden I had the same need and didn't find what I was looking for at Digitec. It's probably not Digitec, there just doesn't seem to be a CH model. But actually I mainly wanted to charge USB devices during my holidays. I found the Allocacoc PowerUSB abroad. It doesn't come with a CH T13 adapter, but with a Euro and a UK plug. But I can plug a CH or any "normal" device cable into the IEC dock for the adapters. In addition, as the name says, it comes with a battery. It can also be used as a USB hub. However, I have not tried this so far.
Normally, only 12 volts are available in a car. To get 230 volts, you need a voltage converter. Just enter voltage converter in the search field ;-)
The pictures do not correspond to the delivered version with T13 connector.
Unfortunately, the 3m version is not yet available for Switzerland.
No, the inward-facing contact openings of the multiple socket outlet are freely accessible, without child protection (shutter).
No, this is not included in the scope of delivery. The remote is also not available in Switzerland at the moment. It will probably not be included in the range until the beginning of 2017. For the time being, we do not have the possibility of obtaining this product. It may be possible in the coming year, but without any guarantee.
Yes, the dockingstation is included.
In principle, the answer is yes. With 2.1Ah, the mobile phone/tablet is also charged relatively quickly.
