the official acer specs say 4k (3840 x 2160). acer does not offer a 5k monitor (at least in the predator series). the official acer driver also states 4k as the max. resolution.
...no, if the monitor is new and has just been purchased, contact digitec@digitec.ch directly. Otherwise contact Acer Switzerland https://www.acer.com/ac/de/CH/content/service-contact.
According to the manual, this monitor only supports a maximum of 3840x2160 @ 30Hz using HDMI, which corresponds to HDMI 1.4b. 3840x2160 @ 60Hz is only possible on this monitor with DisplayPort. If you want to use G-Sync, you need DisplayPort anyway.
The screen itself has the dimensions 655mm / 380mm/ 65mm
It seems that the HDMI port on this display is not made for 4K, only DisplayPort works but you can't switch from HDMI PS4 Pro to DisplayPort. Even an adapter wouldn't solve the problem, unfortunately.
For the current Xbox, it probably is. For the XBOX One X, however, I recommend a more recent model with HDR and HDMI 2.0 support. Personally, I would rather consider a TV.
HDMI 1.4
Hi! This is not the maximum resolution but the standard resolution and it runs with a response time of 1 ms. However, it only has 60Hz and the 4k resolution is not yet properly supported by Windows10 and some games. mfg
