Does this monitor have a response time of 1 ms even at the maximum resolution (4K)?

Hi!

This is not the maximum resolution but the standard resolution and it runs with a response time of 1 ms.
However, it only has 60Hz and the 4k resolution is not yet properly supported by Windows10 and some games.
