A triple shielding, gold-plated contacts, and the use of high-quality OFC copper as the inner conductor ensure loss-free transmission. The integrated metallic strain relief sleeve in both connectors, combined with the cable shielding, provides continuous EMI protection for the inner conductors from source to sink. Additionally, the connector is less stressed during plugging and unplugging, making it significantly more durable. The Secure-Lock System (SLS) used here provides up to twice the pulling force before the connector disconnects from the HDMI port.
