These PureInstall DisplayPort cables comply with the DisplayPort standard v1.4. They support resolutions up to UHD-2/8K@60Hz with full 10bit and HDR, as well as lower resolutions of 4K/UltraHD@120Hz (3840x2160) in lengths of up to 5.00 m. The visually lossless stream compression "Display Stream Compression v1.2" with a maximum compression ratio of 1:3 is perfect for all DisplayPort signals up to 8K UHD (7680 × 4320 pixels) including 10bit / 12bit HDR at 60Hz or 4K UHD (3840 × 2160 pixels) with 12bit HDR at up to 240Hz. Furthermore, the cables are backward compatible with all older DP specifications. This unique three-layer shielding structure consists of a combination of 100% closed aluminum foil, a dense braid, and an additional inner shield. This makes the cable immune to interference and crosstalk. The high-purity inner conductor made of OFC copper can thus fully realize its performance potential. The precision-engineered and perfectly fitting connectors with 24-carat gold-plated contacts ensure optimal signal transmission and consistently reliable functionality.
