It is commonly used for projects that require flexible and rubber-like properties. The Shore hardness is 94A. PVC-soft is highly flexible and is ideal for applications that require mobility or adaptability, such as flexible hoses, seals, and rubber components. This filament is resistant to many chemicals, making it ideal for use in chemically demanding environments. PVC-soft filament has good abrasion resistance, which enhances the durability of the printed parts. It is easy to print and does not necessarily require a heated print bed, which simplifies handling. This material is perfect for prototypes and functional parts that require both flexibility and durability. We recommend processing PVC-soft exclusively on closed 3D printers with an integrated activated carbon filter. High flexibility, good chemical resistance, and high wear resistance are additional advantages. It may decompose if left in the nozzle for too long or exposed to high temperatures.
