Product details
The use of high-quality raw materials results in a 3D printer filament that is particularly easy to process. A state-of-the-art manufacturing process achieves very low production tolerances, leading to convincing printing results with all FDM 3D printers. Each spool is sealed in a high-quality bag and offers low diameter and roundness tolerances. The PVC-soft filament is a flexible 3D printing material characterized by its softness and elasticity. It is commonly used for projects that require flexible and rubber-like properties. The Shore hardness is 94A. PVC-soft is highly flexible and is ideal for applications that require mobility or adaptability, such as flexible hoses, seals, and rubber components. This filament is resistant to many chemicals, making it ideal for use in chemically demanding environments. PVC-soft filament has good abrasion resistance, which enhances the durability of the printed parts. It is easy to print and does not necessarily require a heated print bed, which simplifies handling. This material is perfect for prototypes and functional parts that require both flexibility and durability. We recommend processing PVC-soft exclusively on closed 3D printers with an integrated activated carbon filter. High flexibility, good chemical resistance, and high wear resistance are additional advantages. It may decompose if left in the nozzle for too long or exposed to high temperatures.
