The semi-crystalline thermoplastic is characterised by high dimensional stability and is suitable for continuous use at temperatures ranging from -40 to 100 °C.
High wear resistance
The exceptional sliding and wear properties enable the targeted use of the material for mechanically stressed engineering components such as gears or snap-fit joints.
Printing temperature requirements
Processing on FDM printers requires a nozzle temperature of 190-210 °C and a high print bed temperature of 120-150 °C.
