Product details

This is a 1000mm long piece of round steel, ground to Ø8mm. On delivery the round steel may be slightly dirty due to the grease layer. This can be cleaned with a paper towel. If you use iso alcohol or similar for cleaning, you should always grease the round steel afterwards, otherwise the bare surface could rust. We generally recommend that you grease the steel regularly. This round steel fits perfectly with our linear bearings, for example to build a linear guide for DIY 3D printers or CNC routers.
