Primewire Super Speed

The Primewire USB 3.0 Super Speed 4-Port Hub expands an existing USB 3.0 interface to up to four additional USB ports, allowing multiple devices to operate simultaneously through the fast USB 3.0 Super Speed interface. With the Primewire USB 3.0 Super Speed 4-Port Hub, super-fast USB 3.0 data transfer rates of up to 5 Gbit/s can be achieved, providing significantly higher transfer speeds compared to USB 2.0.

Connecting the Primewire 4-Port Hub is extremely simple: you just plug the hub into your desktop computer, notebook, netbook, ultrabook, or tablet PC. You have four additional USB ports available for your peripherals such as printers, scanners, external hard drives, USB sticks, digital cameras, or MP3 players. And no matter whether you use Windows, Mac, or Linux – the USB 3.0 Super Speed Hub is automatically recognized and installed by any operating system, so no driver software is required for installation.

Due to its compact dimensions and lightweight design, this space-saving hub is ideally suited for mobile transport. The scratch-resistant matte material (black) gives it a robust impression.

While the 4-Port Hub does not require its own power supply, a USB 3.0 port provides a maximum of 900 mA. Therefore, please note that connected devices requiring more than 900 mA of output current will need an additional power supply (included in the package). For this purpose, the hub features a DC barrel jack (3.5 mm x 1.35 mm).
