PEI Filament – high manufacturing quality
The PrimaCreator PEI filament has unique properties, as it does not come into contact with water during the production process and is directly packed in a vacuum-sealed package. These characteristics make the PrimaCreator PEI filament particularly suitable for use in FDM & FFF 3D printers. The material has excellent layer adhesion, leading to significant improvements in impact resistance, strength, durability, and the printing process.
To achieve successful PEI printing, there are a few things to consider:
Your 3D printer must be compatible with PEI filament and should print at a nozzle temperature of 350-380 °C. The heated bed should be set to 120-160 °C, and a heated chamber is important. It is also crucial that the printer is located in a room with minimal drafts and temperature fluctuations. PEEK prints best on a PEI sheet at a printing speed of 15-30 mm/s.
