Product details

The P-surface 141 from PPprint is an innovative, rubber-like printing surface specifically designed for 3D printing with PP-based filaments. This high-quality mat provides excellent adhesion on smooth print beds, such as glass, and can be used without additional pre-treatment or adhesives. The application is straightforward: ensure that the logo on the mat is visible to use the correct side for printing. The P-surface 141 is heat-resistant and designed for use at temperatures up to 125 °C, making it ideal for extrusion-based 3D printing. To optimize adhesion, it is recommended to set the print bed temperature to 80 °C for the first layer and then allow it to cool to room temperature. After printing, the printed object can be removed from the mat by gently tilting and lifting it once the print bed has been heated to 100-110 °C. These features make the P-surface 141 an essential accessory for any 3D printing enthusiast.

  • Excellent adhesion on smooth surfaces without additional adhesives
  • Heat-resistant up to 125 °C, ideal for PP-based filaments
  • Easy application by ensuring the logo is visible for the correct printing side
