Product details

PPrint P-filament 721 1.75mm 0.6kg The polypropylene (PP) filament "P-filament 721" offers low warping and shrinkage combined with extremely high layer adhesion and can be processed with nearly all common 3D printers. "P-filament 721" and the prints made from it are highly resistant to breakage, possess very good mechanical properties, high chemical and temperature stability, as well as low friction resistance. Due to its low density, it is excellent for lightweight construction. Applications range from technical components to personalized decorative and artistic items, as well as toys. The food-safe nature of the used PP raw material opens up additional possibilities. Pre-treatment of the PP filament "P-filament 721": It does not need to be dried before 3D printing and can be used without pre-treatment. Recommended printing parameters: "P-surface 141" as a print bed is mandatory, extruder temperature: 200 – 220 °C, print bed surface temperature: 20 °C (50 – 70 °C during the first layer, 100 – 110 °C for damage-free removal after completion), build chamber temperature: not necessary. Storage instructions: To ensure consistent printing performance, "P-filament" should be used and consumed as soon as possible after opening. Store opened material best at a temperature of 15 – 25 °C and in a plastic bag to prevent contamination with dust.
