PolyDissolve

PolyDissolve is a family of dissolvable support filaments. This family provides a support solution for the Polymakers portfolio of filaments and allows for greater design freedom.

PolyDissolve™ S2 enables the printing of complex geometries, overhangs, internal cavities, and intricate structures with improved surface quality at the interfaces with supports. It also alleviates issues with support removal and allows for greater design flexibility.

Recommended settings:

  • Nozzle temperature: 230˚C - 250˚C
  • Print speed: 30 mm/s - 40 mm/s
  • Bed temperature: 90˚C - 110˚C
  • Bed surface: Works on most surfaces designed for high-temperature materials.
  • Cooling fan: Off

Note: It is highly recommended to use the PolyBox™ when printing with PolyDissolve™ S2 and to store it in the resealable bag.
