Enhanced heat resistance and durability. Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF offers outstanding thermal performance with a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of up to 114.7 °C (0.45 MPa) and 84 °C (1.8 MPa) in the tempered state. This makes it excellent for components that must withstand high heat and mechanical stress, far exceeding the limits of standard PLA.

Reinforced with fiberglass. By incorporating fiberglass, this filament provides improved stiffness, higher impact resistance, and minimal warping. The material achieves a modulus of elasticity of up to 4200 MPa, offering excellent rigidity and consistent mechanical behavior in both X-Y and Z printing directions.

Dimensional accuracy and stability. Thanks to its low shrinkage values—only 0.05% in X-Y and Z directions—Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF ensures precise and reliable results for precision parts. This dimensional stability makes it an excellent choice for printing fixtures and functional prototypes.

Seamless printing experience. The filament is designed to work seamlessly with standard PLA settings, requiring a nozzle temperature of 210-230 °C and a bed temperature of 25-60 °C. It is compatible with most 3D printers and performs best with a hardened nozzle due to its abrasive nature.
