Product details

Fiberon PPS-CF10 is a carbon fibre reinforced PPS (polyphenylene sulphide) filament that exhibits minimal deformation under mechanical stress and offers high heat and chemical resistance. It does not require a heated chamber and is specially designed for use in extreme conditions. With an excellent V0 flame retardancy rating and moisture resistance, it is ideal for professional applications.

Note: The test pieces used in the technical data sheets are 3D printed and annealed under the recommended conditions.

Printing temperature: 310 °C - 350 °C
Bed temperature: 80 °C - 90 °C
Chamber temperature: room temperature
Printing speed: up to 300 mm/s
Cooling fan: off
Direct drive:
Retraction distance: 3 mm
Retraction speed: 40 mm/s
Indirect drive:
Retraction distance: 6 mm
Retraction speed: 60 mm/s

Recommended drying settings:
Regular oven: 100 °C for 10 h
PolyDryer: Level 3 for 18 h (only if the material has absorbed moisture)

Recommended tempering settings: 125 °C for 16 h
Printer profiles: Bambu Lab, QIDI Tech.
