Rapido Plus Hotend 2
The Phaetus Rapido Plus 2 is a high-speed hotend with efficient thermal management thanks to an aluminum heat sink, a titanium heat break, and a coated copper heat block and nozzle. It heats up quickly, reaching 200 °C in just 35 seconds, allowing for one-handed nozzle changes.
Excellent thermal insulation of the heat break eliminates any type of heat buildup. This insulation significantly reduces the risk of filament clogging. The increased wear resistance is designed for printing with fiber-filled filaments (100 kg+).
The highly efficient heating unit, a new rectangular ceramic heating element, achieves high heating performance and reliability (200 °C in just 35 seconds). The maximum printing temperature is 350 °C.
The detachable PT1000 temperature sensor is interchangeable, allowing for the use of a PT1000 sensor to meet the demands of high-temperature printing.
Ultra-high-speed printing with UHF: The newly designed heating block features a long heating area that allows for high flow rates of up to 75 mm³ (for UHF, 52 mm³ on HF). Easy nozzle changes are facilitated by screws made from a titanium alloy with low thermal conductivity, creating a rigid connection between the heating block and the heat sink. This rigid structure allows for convenient one-handed nozzle changes.
