Product details

Durable and efficient hotend architecture. The Conch M6 hotend combines a titanium alloy with a copper-coated heating block, ensuring both strength and excellent thermal conductivity. The EndCoat nozzle is extremely wear-resistant (HV3300) and offers a 2.5 times longer lifespan compared to hardened steel nozzles, even when printing with over 10 kg of abrasive materials like PA-CF.

Excellent compatibility and performance. The Conch M6 can print up to 320 degrees Celsius and supports common and high-performance filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PA, PA-CF, PC, ASA, carbon fiber, fiberglass, wood, steel, boron carbide, tungsten, and more.

Quick maintenance with a modular design. Thanks to the removable nozzle system, nozzles can be changed in less than 30 seconds, reducing maintenance time and allowing for quick upgrades to nozzles with different hardness levels or flow rates.

Rigid kinematic coupling for stability. Phaetus's third-generation rigid kinematic coupling system minimizes structural deformation under load. This patented system securely connects the heating block and thermal break, ensuring excellent alignment and print stability during high-speed printing.
