Built for durability and wear resistance. The Conch Hotend M4 features Phaetus' patented EndCoat technology, where both the heat break and the nozzle are coated with a highly hard coating (HV3300). This protects the internal flow path from abrasion - particularly important when printing with fiber-reinforced materials like PA-CF. The EndCoat nozzle offers a lifespan 2.5 times longer than standard hardened steel nozzles and shows significantly less wear even after prolonged printing.

Designed for modern filaments. The device supports a wide range of materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, carbon fiber, fiberglass, steel, wood, boron carbide, tungsten, and phosphor pigment. With a maximum supported printing temperature of 320 degrees Celsius, it is suitable for both simple and technical thermoplastics.

Quick and easy maintenance. The Conch Hotend M4 is equipped with a removable nozzle that allows for a quick nozzle change in just 30 seconds - ideal for material changes or routine maintenance. The modular design reduces service costs and allows for easy customization. It is recommended to tighten the nozzle before use to prevent material leakage.
