The high fluorescence and good transparency of this highlighter catch the eye immediately. The twist-off cap allows for easy opening: simply twist the cap and you're ready to go. Additionally, the special tip enables marking in three widths. Thanks to the grip grooves, the Pelikan 490 highlighter is comfortable to use. Made in Germany.
