Die Druckqualität der Pelikan C60 kann sich sehen lasse, wobei die Fremdpatrone auch mit einer guten Wasserbeständigkeit aufwarten kann. Geht es hingegen um die Beständigkeit bei Licht und Wischen könnte die Tinte besser sein. Ebenso ist die Füllstandsanzeige zu mäßig und auch die Verpackung ist ungünstig gewählt.

Die Anleitung im Lieferumfang ist kaum zu gebrauchen, aufgrund der einfachen Handhabung braucht man diese jedoch auch nicht. Die Patrone ist einfach ausgepackt und eingesetzt, wobei sie dann mit einer guten Druckqualität punkten kann. Sie ist sehr wasserbeständig, bei Licht und Wischen ist die Beständigkeit hingegen nur durchschnittlich.
