The PATONA Platinum LiFePO4 - Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries are a mature alternative to conventional lead batteries and offer all the advantages of lithium iron phosphate technology. They have been specifically designed to meet the high new demands placed on batteries. Compared to AGM lead batteries, the LiFePO4 batteries are up to 2/3 lighter and significantly more efficient with faster charging cycles. They last much longer than conventional AGM batteries and are insensitive to temperature. LiFePO4 batteries are known for their very long lifespan, which can reach up to 10 years under ideal conditions, making them ideal traction batteries. They are equipped with a battery management system (BMS) that prevents self-discharge, overcharging, deep discharging, overcurrent, overload, and short circuits. Series and parallel connections are supported, allowing for up to 4 identical batteries to be connected in series and an unlimited number in parallel.
