The new NIKKOR 24-70 mm can withstand the stresses and strains of years of professional use. The optical design of the 20-lens 20-lens lens in 16 groups and nanocrystalline coating is so complex that Nikon has reinforced the lens design to create a more robust product. The lens hood included in the scope of delivery is a small but important improvement. Nikon has responded to feedback from professional photographers by placing the release lock in a recess to prevent accidental removal of the lens. Of course, the lens is completely weatherproof. The fluorine coating applied to the front and rear lenses of the lens repels water, dust and dirt without compromising image quality.
