The MXR Standard Cable is a guitar cable designed with a pure copper conductor. The cable's capacitance is optimized to ensure that the sound of passive pickups remains rich and full. Surrounding the core is a copper shielding that protects the signal from interference and noise. Both the internal insulation and an outer PVC jacket help reduce handling noise, while carefully selected materials enhance the flexibility of the cable.
