Morningstar Sunguard SG-4

Very compact solar charge controller for industrial use, the Morningstar SunGuard is the world's leading single-module controller. Solar charge controllers should be used to prevent battery damage from overcharging or deep discharging. The Morningstar SunGuard controller is designed for simplified installation and can be used with gel, AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat), encapsulated, and non-encapsulated lead-acid batteries. The SunGuard utilizes advanced PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) charging control for constant voltage charging. A true PWM cycle of 0 to 100% is very fast and stable, ideal for efficient battery charging. The device can be mounted indoors or outdoors, as the cables are hypalon insulated.
