The FlowTech Hotend is a new generation of Micro Swiss's hotend line. Its unique design eliminates common issues with hotends, such as leaking nozzle seals and complicated nozzle changes. In line with their philosophy, the FlowTech Hotend is designed to be easily retrofitted to any 3D printer model. This version is specifically designed for the Ender 3 V3 KE.

Leak-proof nozzle
Are you tired of leaking nozzles ruining your prints and wasting filament? The FlowTech Hotend combines the nozzle and thermal separation in a permanently sealed assembly that ensures a leak-proof hotend.

Cold nozzle replacement
Changing nozzles has been a time-consuming and potentially hazardous task. With a FlowTech Hotend, nozzle changes are effortless, and no hot tightening is required. You can do it with just one hand.

High flow features
The ceramic cylinder heater and 28.6 mm melting zone provide excellent volumetric flow.

All-metal construction
Built to last. The FlowTech Hotend is made entirely of metal and can process most modern 3D printing filaments. The entire hotend is machined and assembled in-house, with quality control taking place at multiple stages of the manufacturing process. In the end, each hotend undergoes a complete temperature cycling test before being packaged.

Maximum temperature of 300°C
This hotend is designed for a temperature of 300°C and features an NTC thermistor tailored to the specific printer. This special version is perfectly calibrated for the Ender 3 V3 KE, so no firmware changes are necessary.
