MicroSwiss FlowTech™ Hotend for Bambu Lab X1/X1C - DiamondBack - Diamond Tip - Standard Flow

Designed for maximum durability, this hotend features a DiamondBack nozzle with a genuine polycrystalline diamond tip. Diamond is the hardest known material and offers unparalleled wear resistance, making it perfect for printing abrasive filaments such as carbon fiber, glow-in-the-dark materials, or metal-filled substances. The brass body ensures excellent thermal conductivity, while the diamond tip maintains dimensional accuracy over thousands of printing hours.

The hotend includes a bi-metal heat break that combines an outer copper shell with a stainless steel core. This sharp thermal transition prevents heat transfer and promotes reliable filament flow. Combined with the FlowTech internal geometry, it allows for smooth extrusion with minimal clogs or pressure fluctuations.

This hotend is a direct replacement for the standard unit in the Bambu Lab X1 and X1C printers. No firmware modifications, electrical rewiring, or slicer adjustments are required. All AMS functions and printer functionality remain fully supported.

Micro Swiss's tool-free, cold-swappable nozzle system makes maintenance quick, safe, and easy. Nozzles can be changed at room temperature without tools or hot tightening, saving time and reducing the risk of damage during maintenance.
