Product details

The 0.6mm MK8 Micro Swiss CM2 nozzle is made of high-temperature resistant copper-chromium-zirconium and features an electroplated nickel coating. This design ensures it retains its shape and performance even under intensive use and high temperatures. The tip of the nozzle is crafted from hardened M2 steel and has a special non-stick nano coating. The use of the copper-chromium-zirconium alloy enhances the thermal conductivity of the nozzle, resulting in faster printing, while the high-speed hardened M2 steel increases resistance and durability against abrasive filament. The M2 steel is hardened to 68 HRC and annealed. The nickel coating has a hardness of 70-73 HRC, enabling you to print highly abrasive materials such as ePAHT-CF nylon carbon, wood, or luminous glow-in-the-dark filaments.
