The 150C049HF0010E OpDAT connection boxes from Metz Connect are compact fiber optic connection units designed for surface mounting on flush-mounted or hollow wall boxes. This pre-assembled unit is equipped with a single-mode indoor cable and allows for the connection of up to four fiber optic patch cables. The box is ready for installation and features an open cable side that facilitates the insertion, pulling, or blowing into conduits. It is suitable for both splicing and the installation of field-terminable fiber optic connectors. The use of bend-insensitive single-mode fibers according to ITU-T G.657.A ensures high flexibility and compatibility with G.652.D. Mounting materials are included, simplifying the installation process. The connection box is finished in a pure white color and offers a variety of cable lengths that can be customized via the VADT configurator.
