The OX 9062 is a portable, battery-operated digital oscilloscope from the SCOPIX IV series of the Tablet-Icons generation, featuring 2 fully isolated channels up to 600 V and a bandwidth of 60 MHz. The memory depth in each channel is 100 k points, allowing for very long signal recordings.

The 7 WVGA TFT color touchscreen is illuminated against a black background, ensuring excellent readability. The operating menus are available in 13 languages, and the keypad and housing design of the SCOPIX IV are optimized for user comfort.

The two-channel digital oscilloscope OX 9062 with 60 MHz, like the entire SCOPIX IV series, offers an impressive range of functions while requiring minimal space. The 12-bit A/D converter ensures a vertical resolution of 0.025%. In addition to its advanced triggering functions (pulse width, event counting, delay), the SCOPIX IV provides 20 automatic measurements per channel as well as cursor measurements for comprehensive signal analysis.

The oscilloscope features standard and advanced MATH functions, allowing a mathematical function to be set for each curve, as well as scaling on the vertical axis in the respective physical unit. Thanks to the simultaneous real-time FFT analysis function for both waveforms, along with a qualitative harmonic analysis, signal distortions, pulse response time, and noise sources in logic circuits can be quickly and easily identified, making troubleshooting precise and efficient.

With the multi-channel digital TRMS multimeter, amplitudes, resistances, continuity, capacitance, frequency, and temperatures can be measured up to 200 kHz with 8000 digits, without needing to switch the PROBIX probes. Component testing is also possible. In multimeter mode, the recorder or data logger function is available as well.
