The MELISSA 16310226 sous vide set includes a sous vide stick with precise temperature control in the range from 0 to 90 °C and an accuracy of +/- 0.5 °C as well as a vacuum sealer with a suction pressure of 80 kPa and a maximum sealing width of approx. 30 cm. With the powerful water circulation of 8 to 10 litres per minute, this set is suitable for pots from 15 cm high and enables even temperature distribution. The tank capacity is designed for 6-15 litres, while the timer can be set for up to almost 100 hours. Includes LED indicator lights and a practical clip for attaching the pot.
