The VM-4HDT is a high-quality 4K UHD 1:4 distribution amplifier with one HDMI input, including IR and RS-232 control signals, that distributes the signal after equalization and re-clocking to four identical HDBaseT outputs. The VM-4HDT distributes signals with resolutions up to 4K @60 Hz (4:2:0), including WUXGA and 1080p. A compatible receiver, for example, is the TP-580R.

  • High-performance distributor: An HDMI signal with a resolution of up to 4K is distributed to four HDBaseT outputs for long distances.
  • Standard compatibility: Works with any commercially available HDBaseT device.
  • HDMI signal transmission: HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 1.4 compliant signal, supporting Deep Color, x.v.Color, Lip Sync, 7.1 PCM, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD, 2K, 4K, and 3D. EDID and CEC (only output 1) are passed from the source to the display.
  • Kramer's re-clocking technology: Rebuilds the digital signal to overcome longer distances.
  • I-EDIDPro: Kramer's intelligent EDID management - Smart algorithms for EDID processing ensure plug and play operation of HDMI systems.
  • LED indicators: Status indicators for HDMI and HDBaseT signals connected to the inputs and outputs, as well as power, facilitate maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Easy installation: Twisted pair cables for HDBaseT signals. A fanless compact MegaTOOL housing for ceiling mounting or side-by-side in a rack.
  • Distributor with extension: A signal with a maximum of 4K @60 Hz (4:2:0) 24 bpp is distributed over HDBaseT extensions up to 40 m, with greater distances possible at lower resolutions.
  • Intelligent EDID management (Kramer's I-EDIDPro): A smart algorithm for EDID management and processing ensures plug and play operation for HDMI sources and display systems.
