The versatile stainless steel pasta machine allows for the production of three different types of pasta: lasagna (with an adjustable thickness of 0.6 to 4.8 mm), fettuccine (6 mm), and tagliolini (1.5 mm). For even more flexibility, the PastaDrive motor can be used, and there are 12 additional pasta attachments to choose from. This machine is ideal for preparing fresh pasta as well as piadina, Arabic bread, ramen, udon, spring rolls, and sweet dishes like fondant, strudel, or baklava. The combs are removable for thorough cleaning, but the machine itself is not waterproof and should only be cleaned with a cloth and a brush.
