The modern version of the machine incorporates Marcato technologies that are standard in other models of the series: the rollers made of anodized aluminum alloy and the combs made of highly durable polymer resin. Otello is a limited collector's item designed and manufactured by us to represent Italian design around the world. Otello is also an ideal machine for fresh pasta, capable of preparing dough sheets, fettuccine, and tagliolini. The 7-position regulator of Otello allows for the creation of dough sheets in various thicknesses suitable for numerous pasta formats. Compared to the Atlas 150, the regulator positions correspond to the thicknesses specified in the following table.
