Permanent on absorbent surfaces, removable on non-absorbent surfaces. Also suitable for fabric when following fixation and washing instructions. Best results on 100% cotton. The vibrant colors are matte, opaque, lightfast, and water-based (Neon: semi-opaque, conditionally lightfast) and are suitable for almost all surfaces. Intense, striking works can be created with the fluorescent neon colors that glow in daylight and under UV light. Particularly elegant designs are achieved with the matte metallic shimmering metallic colors. All colors are water-soluble, mixable, and blendable when wet. Once dry, the colors are waterproof and can be painted over.
