The robust boards are made from expanded polystyrene, which is coated on both sides with a special mortar and fiberglass mesh, ensuring high stability and moisture resistance. This provides a secure, waterproof, and mold-resistant substrate for wall and floor applications. They can be laid fully or individually on spots and also serve to level walls, effectively compensating for unevenness in the substrate. For wall mounting, impact anchors are suitable for deeper anchoring. For gluing the boards to different materials such as metal, wood, stone, or ceramics, the mounting adhesive should be applied in a serpentine pattern. To achieve optimal results and ensure stability, the joints of the elements should be reinforced with the self-adhesive reinforcement strip and smoothed with adhesive.
