VL38 LED Wall Light by Louis Poulsen

The VL38 LED wall light is a precursor to the table lamp and was originally designed in 1938 by designers Vilhelm Lauritzen and Louis Poulsen for the new Danish Broadcasting Corporation building. Today, the reissue of this light is sold under the same name and is part of the VL38 lighting series. This series allows the elegant design from the 1940s by Lauritzen to be revived. The original design hails from the 20th century and features a white-painted, sloped, organically shaped lamp head. The lamp arm is made of brass and is equipped with a small joint to allow movement of the lamp head.
