Permanent adhesive vinyl in matte finish is one of the most popular crafting materials. It is made from PET and PVC. After you cut out your design with a cutter, the adhesive vinyl easily adheres to many different surfaces such as mugs, glasses, mirrors, plastic, chalkboards, and more.
